To locate the Second Acolyte, ignore the acolyte's attacks and retreat to the main hallway. Follow the boys' previous route down the long hallway to reach the acolyte's lair.

Reduce the Acolyte's health to 13 to trigger a cutscene, leaving you face-to-face with the ram-wielding monster.

Defeating the Second Acolyte

In the boss fight against the Second Acolyte, dodge its attacks and utilize the Shadow Portal to navigate the narrow tunnel. Collect the item and return to the room to confront the acolyte.
